The GG logo was used in the 1970s and evolved from the early Gucci diamond plaid pattern that began in the 1930s. Following the heritage elements of the brand, the classic patterns are presented in a variety of novel ways in Gucci's "Aria-Fashion Aria" series of children's clothing, paying tribute to the origin of the Gucci brand. A monogrammed pattern is subtly incorporated into these brightly colored toddler slippers.
